1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or processed for dispatch.

1.2 Cancellation by Company

• Unavailability of stock

• Incomplete or incorrect payment
• Failure of quality checks
• Any unforeseen operational constraints

In such cases, the full paid amount shall be refunded to the customer.

2. Refund Policy

5. Export Orders (International Shipments)

For export shipments, refunds are applicable only in cases of:

• Severe transit damage
• Shipment not delivered

Customs duties, freight charges, shipping fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to natural characteristics of products
• Delay caused by customs clearance, logistics partners, or force majeure events
• Customer provided incorrect shipping details
